How should I best get in touch?

How should I pay the deposit?

No deposit is required for regular customers.

For new customers, a deposit of 40% of the agreed fee plus possible travel expenses must be paid in advance for a firm booking. This is payable by   "My Theresa"  gift card" or Amazon.de gift voucher   Please note that the deposit will not be refunded as I will reserve a spot for you on my calendar and book the train or plane tickets immediately. With the deposit you guarantee the binding nature of your booking. Your desired date will be reserved by me especially for you. I will postpone and cancel all my business and private appointments in your favor.

For longer journeys outside of my hometown of Frankfurt and for travel companions, I ask for a deposit of 50% of the agreed amount as well as travel expenses. Please ask for the bank details.

How can I cancel our date?

Something important can always come up. If your plans change for professional or private reasons, I will of course try to find an alternative date with you and keep the deposit (as well as the travel expenses) for our next date. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

The date you canceled must be made up for within 3 months, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.

If I cancel our appointment, you will of course get your deposit back in full as an Amazon.de voucher.

Can I trust you and rely on your discretion?

Trust, discretion and security are my top priorities. So you can be 100% sure that everything that happens between us stays between us. Your personal information is not stored with me.
